We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

These wonderful full wool slippers from Yoko Wool are made from Merino wool so they are incredibly warm but also breathable. These open slippers consist of a woollen cross over the top of the foot, wool footbed and hard sole - combining comfort and warmth with durability.
Slippers and especially wool slippers should be a wardrobe staple; keep your feet warm, protect them around the home from the dangers of small toys (tiny plastic blocks, anyone?), food spills and hard floors whilst also feeling soft, comfy and warm.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
