We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Meticulously crafted by skilled ceramicists in Portugal, this side plate adds an organic touch to your table. The Speckle collection, featuring bowls, mugs, and plates in various sizes, is distinguished by its natural finish. Perfectly understated, each piece brings creative sophistication to any dining setting.
This product has a satin reactive glaze which gives each piece a handmade and unique finish. To achieve this look, the glaze has properties that will make cutlery marks more obvious. These can be removed by scrubbing lightly with a household cream cleaner and are not perceived as a product fault.
Thoroughly clean the ceramic after using cleaning products.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
