We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Gua Sha tools have been used for centuries as a traditional healing and therapy technique.
Using a combination of gentle pressure, lubrication such as a facial lotion or oil and a Gua Sha tool (a smooth S shaped tool, often of quartz or jade) you can provide yourself with a gentle at home facial massage. Not only is it quite meditative (once you get into the routine) but it helps your lymph to drain which in turn reduces puffiness and redness, and can help firm the skin and reduce wrinkles.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
