We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Constructed from 100% merino lambswool, the beanie is completely seamless and knitted in a two-by-two rib stitch enabling a comfortable fit across a range of head sizes. The two-ply yarn provides a chunky feel and superior insulation, ensuring your head stays cosy on the coldest days.
ROVE uses high quality Merino wool, and recommend that if your skin is happy wearing cashmere it should be just as comfortable with this gentle fibre.

- Material: 100% merino lambswool, spun and dyed in Yorkshire.
- Fully traceable and ethically sourced from farms that do not practise mulesing
- Care: If you wish to freshen up your 100% lambs wool knitwear then please hand wash at 20 degrees using a gentle wool detergent. Rinse in a bowl of clean water and lay flat on a towel to dry.
- ROVE delivers all items to Lifestory without plastic, just wrapped in tissue. We will wrap it the same way when shipping to you

Yes, if you've selected our gift wrapping service you can add a note to the recipient when you click the option.

You can even choose your own Christmas or greetings card from our lovely selection and we will write your note on your chosen card for you.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
