We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.

The ferm LIVING Smoked Ripple Champagne Saucer in smoked grey glass is the latest in the Ripple series. They present a classic glass for sparkling wines. They are made of delicate glass mouth-blown into a mould, adding a dynamic and energetic expression to the glasses and a beautiful rippled surface.
These are too special to be kept only for occasions - use them whenever you can for drinks, desserts like Eton mess or a dramatic île flottante ( we saw them make it on Bake-off once, it looked splendid) as they are dishwasher proof and easy to clean.
Each one of these glasses is mouth-blown and made with love, why variations may occur. Small bubbles are not considered an imperfection, rather occur with the process.
