We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Good to know:
Giclee is the only fine art print to be produced on an inkjet printer. Giclee pronounced, zhee'clay, comes from a French word to spray. The quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing and gives quality available to make SOOuK fine art prints of the highest quality.
Archival paper means that the paper is acid free and not made from wood and as such is suitable for long-term contact with important objects, safe and stable to museum or library standards. When artists say "archival", usually they really mean "durable to the standards of permanent art".

You can even choose your own Christmas or greetings card from our lovely selection and we will write your note on your chosen card for you.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
