I messed up the delivery address but the staff at Lifestory stepped in to correct my error whilst shipment was in transit. Very helpful and friendly. Items ordered arrived mint- very well packaged. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality products that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK. There was a mix up with the delivery to the recipient- totally my fault as I put the wrong house number on. Thankfully the staff stepped in and sorted it all out no drama. Highly recommended products and business.
